If I were asked to describe President Trump’s foreign policy in a sketchy outline, I would say what we’ve seen so far, is a leader who is pursuing trade wars while actively trying to forge (transactional?) peace deals - whether it’s in the Middle East, Russia Ukraine or DRC and Rwanda.
